Was watching one of his programmes the other day about using up left overs and he was disscussing bacon lardons and gave a really nice little recipie which was:
Serves 2 (quantities I made up cause I cant remember)
400g butternut squash, deseeded and diced Left over bacon lardons (or if you have bacon I’d say 3 rashers of bacon ) a slice of bread oil garlic rosemary
